Synopsis
Anna feels like her life is slipping through her hands. A ticket to a music school in Paris might be the last chance to pursue her dream career in piano unless her self-destructive alcoholic father stands in her way.
The Chaos She Left Behind, was awarded at 77th CANNES FILM FESTIVAL winning the 2nd Prize in La Cinef 2024.
The film is distributed on ARTE TV as part of a special "Films Awarded at Cannes" edition of Court-circuit.
The film also won the Best Director and Best Actress awards in the National Student competition at the 46th Drama International Short Film Festival. It also received the 2024 Iris Award for Best Student Film from the Hellenic Film Academy. The film continues its international journey, with its latest stop being the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival.
